Our so-called ‘healthy’ diet lists foods like Fruit Juice, Whole Wheat Bread, Cereals, Vegetable Oils, Margarine, Soy Milk, Homogenized Milk, and even Energy Bars!  Clearly, something is wrong.  This ‘nutritious diet’ does not agree with everyone.
